3891 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3891 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of ommissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $6,161.77 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate Number 2, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving improvements prior to June 11, 1930, under contract April 7, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, . Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before sixty (60) days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42%) per annum.
