AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
Claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 41,486.13 be and the same is here-
by appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of Final Esti rate for materials furnished
and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers
No. 153 and 1573, under contract dated lurch 17, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment -f the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
sixty days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and
one-half per cent (4.1%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,486.13 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special
Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the
construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 153 and 157,
under contract dated March 17, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to
be payable on or before sixty days from date, and to draw
interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (4-)
per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
