AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $812.33 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Airport Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of Estimate dumber 3 for storms ewer
and grading improvements at Salina Municipal Airport, prior to June 1,
1930, under contract dated February 13th, 1930.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
