3884 Vacate Chester Ave0 ORDINANCE NO. 3884 the • hereby vacated and that that porition of said street above vacated shall revert to and become a part of the private property lying on either side of said portion of said street in the manner provided by law, subject to the right of the city to reopen the same in the manner and upon the conditions provided by law. Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect upon its publica- tion in the official city paper and upon the recording pf a certified copy of this ordinance and of such proof of publication in the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas, and provided that the owners of the property on either side of the portion of the street so vacated shall pay the expense of such publication and recording.
