AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. Tliat the sum of X1,074.85 be and the same is hereby
ap_r,ropriated out of the General improvement Fund in the Oity Treasury
for the patinent of the following claim:
H. J. Taylor Construction Co. For paving repair at
walnut Street Bridge $1,,:74.85
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned ,
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
