BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That; the sum of $4,233.63 be and the same is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for materials furnished and labor performed in the constrtjction of Sanitary Sewers numbered 153 and. 157, prior to May lst, 1930, ander contract awarded March 17, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) . of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (Q) per annum.
