AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4,060.28 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the City Treasury
for the pa)"ent of the following claim:
H.J.Ta-tTlor Construction Co. Estimate No. 5, Ash
St. Sewer Repair 40060.28
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to is-ue a warrant countersigned by the Cilly Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the "ity of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4,060.28 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the sewer Repair Fund in
the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
H.J.Taylor Construction Estimate No. 50 Ash
Company St. Sewer Repair $4,060.28
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claims mentioned in section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
