ORDINANCE NO. 3869
AN ORDINANCE making an apx;ropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Cite of Salina,
Kansas:
Sectlon 1. That the sum of $20,189.70 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claim:
Farmers National Bank,, Temporary Notes 1-2-3 and 5,
and interest on same -- ---------$20,189.70
Section 2. That the Director of rinance be and he is hereby
authorized to
issue a warrant countersigned
by
the City Manager
upon the Cit -,r
Treasurer for the payment of
the
claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 120,189.70 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Farmers National Bank, Temporary Notes 1-2-3 and 5,
and interest on same ------- $20,189.70
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
