ORDINANCE NO. 3867
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $415.80 be and the same is hereby
an-ropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Flood Control Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for labor per-
formed in the construction of Dry Creek Flood Control improvements,
prior to April lst, 1930 under contract dated March 10, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, r'ansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temparary Note to be payable on or before
180 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and ,
one-half per cent (4I) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
