AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482, as amended
by Ordinance No. 3491, as amended by Ordinance No. 3638
relating to the location of gasoline filling stations on
certain streets in the City of Salina, and repealing said
original sections.
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482 as amended by
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 34911, as amended by Section 1 of ordinance
No. 3638, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
'Section 1. That it shall be unlawful hereafter to establish
or operate, if established, any drive-in gasoline filling station
upon any lots running upon or adjacent to any of the following
portions of the fo'lowing described streets in the City of Salina,
to -wit: On Santa Fe Avenue, and on Fifth Street and Seventh Street ,
between Ash Street and Walnut Street; on Ash Street and on Iron
Avenue and on V.'alnut Street between the alley east of Fifth Street
and the alley west of Seventh Street.
Section 2 That original Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482,as
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3491, as amended by Section
1 of Ordinance No. 3638, and each of such original section be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its v:ublication in the official city paper.
