AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the CitN'r of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4.29.40 be and the same is
herebi- appropriated out of the Flood Control Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims.

authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the Ci ty Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall bake effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
