3863 Zone Lot 1 on Santa Fe Avenuer L ORDINANCE NO. 3863 j� f (Published in the Sal'na Journal - 1930) r AN ORDINANCE amending zoning ordinance No. 3188, being an ordinance dividing the City of Salina into zones and districts, and re- gulating and restricting the location of trades and industries, and the uses of land in such districts or zones, and. defining ' an additional Commercial District or Zone. vdHERF,AS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Salina has re- commended to the Board of Commissioners a certain change in the zones or districts defined by Ordinance No. 3188, as amended, as hereinafter set forth, and due notice thereof has been given as required by law, and in the opinion of the Board of Commis-ioners such change shall be made; NO,U THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the following described land, within the City of Salina, to -wit; Lot 1 on Santa Fe Avenue in Holland's Addition, be and the same is hereby included within, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial District, as defined by said Ordinance No. 3188, and said ordinance as amended, and that said land may be used for the purposes perm'tted in such district by said ordinance, subject to the following restrictions, to-vait; That the plans of any commercial building erected on such land shall be submitted to and approved by the City Planning Commission, and by the Board of Commissioners, be- fore any building perm t therefor is issued, and any such building shall be erected in conformity with such plans.
