3844 Issue Improvement BondsORDI�4nNCF NO. 3844 (Published in the Salina Journal 1930) 1 0 AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of Improvement Bonds of the City of Salina, Kansas, in the sum of $34,287.75 to pay the cost of repairing and reconstructing a cer- tain part of a certain sewer in the City of Salina. VHEREAS, pursuant to proceedings duly had according to law?, and as authorized and provided for by Ordinance No. 3760 of the City of Salina the work of repairing and reconstructing certain portion of the main sewer in Ash Street in said city betne-�n Des Moines Avenue and the Smoky Hill River has been completed and the City Engineer's final estimate of the cost thereof, including engineer- ing and incidental expense in connection therewith, has been filed and approved and the cost therLof has b een found and determined to be the sum of X34,287.75 for which general bonds of the City of Salina, Kansas, are to be issued according to laws; NOW THFR'�FORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Com-nissioners of the Cit -T of Salina, Kansas: Sect 1. And it is hereby declared and certified that all acts, conditions and things required to be done and to exist precedent to and in the issuance of this bond have been properly done and performed and do exist in due and regular form and manner as required by the Consti- tution and laws of the State of Kansas, and that the total indebted- ness of said city, including this series of bonds, does not exceed any constitutional or statutory limitation.
