3842 Appropriations• ORDINANCE NO. 3842 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $7,591.01 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Uonstruction Company from the Special Selmer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate Number 3, for material furnished and labor performed in the construc- tion of Ash Street Sewer repair, prior to March 1st, 1930, under contract dated December 9th, 1929. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, 40 Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before sixty (60) days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42/) per annum. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 65% of Estimate Number 3, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of Ash Street serer repair, prior to March lst, 1930, under contract dated December 9th, 1929. Section 2. That a Temporary Note 6f the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before sixty (60) days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (4221/o') per annum.
