ORDINANCE NO. 3841
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Cite of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,495.20 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Airport Fund for the payment of the follow-
ing claim:
Salina Tractor & Thresher Co., 1 Tractor $ 2,495.20
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned •
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
