AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
cl0im.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $6,000.00 be and the same is
hereby appro-priated out of the Library Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the f oLlowing claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Appropriation, Library Fund
Treasurer 1929 tax money 46,000.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 46,000.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Appropriation, Library
Treasurer Fund, 1929 tax money $6,000.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
