ORDINANCE NO. 3824
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Com7issioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $31,014.39 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company
from the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of
final estimate for material furnished and labor performed
in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 9 and 10, under con-
tract dated March 253, 1929, Job No. 40.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manage- upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Sect:i-n One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $31,014.39 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Com-
pany from the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the pay-
ment of final estimate for material furnished and labor per-
formed in the construction of ''toren sewers No. 9 and 10,
under contract dated March 25, 1929, Job No. 40.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
