AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
B'? IT ORDAINED by the Board of Corrgissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $36,966.47 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds and Coupons fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
Treasurer Bonds, Interest & Commis -
T.B.Boyd, State and
Kansas Fiscal Agent Sion due Jan. 1, 1930 $36,707.72
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds and Interest due
Jan. 1, 1930 256.75
Total ------$ 36,966.47
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
•
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before, January 13t, 1930,
in payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) ofthis
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
