AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of ('ommissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $9,331.79 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
SEId'ER FUND
Farmers National Bank, Temporary Notes No. 9-6-7-8
and interest on same ------- $ 9,331.79
Section 2. That the Director of nirance be and he is herebv
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the
p payment of the claim mentioned.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sun of $9,331.79 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:

is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
