3809 Vacate Alleys in Blk 5 & 10 in Depot AddORDINANCE NO. 3809 Published in the Salina Journal` AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain alleys in Block No. 5 and Block No. 10 in Depot Addition to Salina, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the alley extending in a northerly and southerly direction through Block No. 5 in Depot Addition to the City of Salina, and the alley extending in an easterly and westerly direction through said block, be and the same are hereby vacated. Secticn 2. That the alley extending in a northerly and southerly direction and the alley extending in an easterly and westerly direction through Block No. 10 in Depot Addition to the City of Sal.1na, be and the same are hereby vacated. ction 3.
