AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain alleys in
Block No. 5 and Block No. 10 in Depot Addition to Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley extending in a northerly and
southerly direction through Block No. 5 in Depot Addition to the
City of Salina, and the alley extending in an easterly and westerly
direction through said block, be and the same are hereby vacated.
Secticn 2. That the alley extending in a northerly and
southerly direction and the alley extending in an easterly and
westerly direction through Block No. 10 in Depot Addition to the
City of Sal.1na, be and the same are hereby vacated.
ction 3. That the alleys mentioned in Section 1 and 2
of this ord ce are vacated, and this ordinance shall take

effect, upon condi that the City of Salina shall and it does

hereby reserve the right ter upon the land now comprising
` such alleys at any time hereafter the purpose of repairing,
maintaining, reconstructing or construct the sewers which are

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in

and after the same is recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.
