ORDINANCE NO. 3808
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $29,670.39 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury
for the payrgent of the following claim:
SEWER FUND
Farmers National Bnnk, Temporary Notes 11-12-13-14-15
26-44-45-46, and interest on
same --------------------y029,670.39
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
