AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $46,712.42 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claims:
SEWER FUND
Farmers National Bank Temporary Notes 42-27-28-
50-49-48-51-10-2 and 40,
and interest on same x$38,673.78
M. R. Amerman Temporary Note #47 4,470.22
National Bank of America Temporary Note No. 41 41and interest on same 2,720.56
Planters State Bank Temporary Note #5 and
interest on same 847.86
Total --------- $ 46,712.42
Section 2. That the Dir ctor of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants, countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
