AN ORDINANCE extending the limits of Fire District No. 2 as defined
by Ordinance No. 3519.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the limits of Fire District No. 2 as defined in
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3519, amending Section3 of Ordinance
No. 3040, be and the same are hereby extended to include the following
premises in the City of Salina, Kansas, to -wit: Commencing at the
intersection of the south line of Ash Street with the west line of
Fourth Street; thence south on the west line of Yourth Street to the
north line of Walnut Street; thence west to the east line of the alley
running north and south between Fourth Street and Fifth Street; thence
north along the east line of said alley to the south line of Ash Street;
thence east to place of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city paper.
