AN ORDIANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $86.30 and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claims.
Sewer Repair Fund
C. R. Stoffer Foreman $ 44.50
R. E. Peterson Labor 22.00
Hugh Peterson Labor 19.80
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon the
City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One
hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
