ORDINANCE NO. 3795
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $ 278.47 be and the same is here-
by appropriated to M. R. Amerman from the Special Paving Fund in
the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for material
furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving alley
betwe-n Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street from the north line of
Mulberry Street to a point 2^5 ft. south of the south line of Walnut
Street, under contract dated June 10th, 1929.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby ,
diredted to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $ 278.47 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to M. R. Amerman from the Special
Paving Fund in the city Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate for material furnished and labor performed in the
construction of paving alley between Santa Fe Avenue and
Seventh 6treet from the north line of Mulberry btreet to a
point 225 feet south of the south line of Walnut 6treet,
under contract dated June 10tho 1929.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the Uity Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
