ORDINANCE NO. 3794
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a cer-
tain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4470.22 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to M. R. Amerman from the Special Sewer Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, for material
furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewers
numbered 12 and 16, under contract dated June 10th, 1929.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said temporary note to be
payable on or before thirty days from date, and to draw interest
at the rate of four and one-half Per cent (42%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take ef"ect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the 1,1ty of

in the construction of Otorm Hewers numbered 12 and 16, under
contract dated June 10th, 1929.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said temporary note to be
payable on or before thirty days from date, and to draw inter-
est at the rate of four and one-half per cent (4-21%) per
annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
