ORDINANCH NO. 3793
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED`,by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $9,251.60 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the pay-
ment of the following claim:
Farmers National Bank Temporary Notes 1-22-29
and interest on same 99251.60
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the paymdnt of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
