AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas -
Section 1. That the sum of $2,899.02 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the
Special Faving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate, for material furnished and labor performed in the con-
struction of paving on Eleventh Street from Ash Street to Park
Street, under contract dated June 10th, 1929, Job Number 48.
Section 2. That the Director of r'inance be and he is hereby
directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
