ORDINANCE NO. 3791
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriAtion for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $20,316.79 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction company from the
Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate
Number 4, for material furnished and labor performed in the construc-
tion of Storm Sewers No. 9 and 10, under contract dated March 25th,
1929, Job No. 40
Section 2. jhat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said temporary note to be
payable on or before thirty days from date, and to draw interest
at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effectand be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:

in the construction of Storm aewers No. 9 and 10, under contract
