3790 Appropriations1 1. ORDINANCE NO. 3790 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain_ claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $18,363.85 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving on Fifth Street from Elm Street to North Street, under con- tract dated June 10th, 1929, Job No. 48. Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
