ORDINANCE NO. 3788
AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $77,081.29 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claims:
Planters State Bank Temporary Notes numbers 4-16
23-24-25-31-32-33-34-35-36-37
38 and interest on same
Farmers National Bank Temporary Notes numbered 17-
20-21-30-43 and interest on
same
Homestead Bl.iilding & Temporary Note No. 19 and
Loan Ass®diation interest on same
$ 52,031.52
$ 14,899.77
5,075.00
Chas. M. Hagler Temporary Note No. 18 and
interest on same 5,075.00
Total ------- $ 77,081.29
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
