Kansas:
Section 1. That
the sum of $163.67 be
and the same is here-

appropriated out of
the Sewer Repair Fund
in the City Treasury
for
the payment of the

from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscall-aneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $163.67 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the City

hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. Thisordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
