3776 ApproprationsORDINANCE NO. 3776 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $3,053.33 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer No. 11, under contract dated March 11, 1929, Job No. 44. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or , before 120 days from date, and to draw interest the rate of six per cent (60) per annum.
