ORDINANCE NO. 3774
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Boatd of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $1,873.68 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to M. R. Amerman of Wichita, Kansas, from the Special
Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85,% of the contract
price for material furnished and labor performed prior to September 1st,
1929, in the construction of paving improvements, under contract dated
June 10th, 1929, Job No. 48.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
30 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one- ,
half per cent (42%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Jalina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,873.68 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to M. R. Amerman of Wichita,
Kansas, from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of 85% of the contract price for material
furnished and labor performed prior to ,eptember 1st, 19290
in the construction of paving improvements, under contract
dated June 10th, 1929, Job No. 48.

in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note
to be payable on or before 30 days from

per cent (4j%) per annum.

in force from and after its passage.
