3772 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3772 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, ' Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $17,522.28 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to September 1st, 1929, in the construction of paving improvements, under contract dated June 10th, 1929, Job No. 48. Section 2. That Temporary Notes of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 , days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42%) per annum.
