ORDINANCE N0, 3768
AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $203.34 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
SEWER REPAIR FUND
C. R. Stoffer Foreman $ 54.00
Ted Mauch Labor 22.00
R4 E. Peterson Labor 27.00
M. L. Peterson Labor 14.17
J. G. Baniff Labor 8.10
M. Throne Labor 22.95
A. W. Main Labor 8.10
E. B. Beck Labor 22.72
Joe Morgan Labor 24.30
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the clai*s
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
