AN ORDINANCE levying special assessments against certain property
. in the City of Salina to pay the cost of constructint certain
sidewalks therein.
BE IT ORDAI NEB' by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied and
assessed aga+nst each of the lots hereinafter described a speci$1
tax or assessment for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing
sidewalks as authorized by ordinance, abutting on said property,
to -wit:
Lot 4, Block 12, Browns Addition -------- 44.00
Lot 11, Block 8, Oakdale Addition ------- 44.00
Lot 12, Block 8, Oakdale Addition ------- 44.00
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and
authorized to immediately certify the assessments made in Section
One (1) of this ordinance to the County Clerk of Saline County,
Kansas, to be placed upon the tax roll for collection, subject to
the same penalties and collected in like manner as other taxes,
with interest at 6% per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official city
paper,

AN ORDINANCE levying special assessments against certain property

sidewalks therein.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

assessed against each of the lots hereinafter described a special
tax or assessment for the purp®e of paying the cost of construct-
ing sidewalks as authorized by ordinance, abutting on said property,
to -grit:
Lot 4, Block 120 Browns Addition ---------$ 44.00
Lot 11, Block 8, Oakdale Addition --------- 44.00
Lot 12, Block 80 Oakdale Addition --------- 44.00
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and
authorized to immediately certify the assessments made in Section
