AlV uhDli�n14CE vacating a certain alley running east and west through
Block Three (3) in Oakdale Addition between Iron Avenue and
Johnstown Avenue, from Penn Avenue to Columbia Avenue.
BE IT uhDalNED by the Board of Corziisiioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Sectio) 1. That the nineteen foot alley running east and west
through Block 'Three (3) in Oakdale Addition in the City of Salina,
lying between Iron Avenue and Johnstown Avenue, and running from Penn
Avenue to Columbia Avenue, be and the same is hereby vacated, and that
said alley so vacated shall revert to and become a part of the lots
lying adjacent thereto, on each side thereof, in equal portions.
Section 2. 'this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication
in the official city paper, and upon the recording of a certified copy
thereof, and of the proof of publication thereof in the office of the •
Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kanas, provided that the costs
of such publication and of such recording be paid by the owners of such
adjacent property.
