AN URDINr,NCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE I`1' OhDitlNiZ by the Board of Commiss ionersof the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of § 32281.69 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the
Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85%
of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed
prior to August 1st, 1929 in the construction of curbing, guttering
and paving certain streets under contract dated June 10th, 1929.
Section 2. 'shat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said 'Temporary Note to be payable on or
before + 60 days from date, and to draw interest at
four and one-half
the rate of per cent (4Q) per annum.
