AN UnDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE lT uid)"INED by the Boardof Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of � 60777.25 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L, VV. kexroad, from the Special Paving
Fund in the City 'Treasury for the payment of 85�6 of the contract
price for materials furnished and labor petformed prior to--ugust
1st, 1929 in the construction of curbing, guttering and paving
certain streets under contract dated Vlarch 11th, 1929.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
one (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on
or before 60 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate
of six per cent (6%) per annum.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINnNCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 4 6,777.25 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad, from the Special Paving
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract
Price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to August
1st, 1929 in the construction of curbing, guttering and paving
certain streets under contract dated March 11th, 1929.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim men tiro ed in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on
or before 60 days from date, and to draw interest
at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
