I BE D: U nDAll4ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the sun, of 417$237.56 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to h. J. Taylor Construction Company, from the
i Special Sewer Fund in the City 'Treasury for the payciient of 85�6 of
the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior
to august 1st, 1929, in the construction of storm sewer, under contract
dated Niarc4 25th, 1928.
Section 2. That a Q::mporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
i be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section Une (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before

six months from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six per cent
(6%) per annum.

AN URDVililiCE making an appropriation for, the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company, from
the Special Sewer Fund in the City 'Treasury for the payment of 85%
of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed
