(b) Emergenoy or temporary stopping or parking is permitted on any street,
alley, or highway, for not longer than one hour subject to any other and further
prhhibitions, regulation►, or limitations imposed by the traffic and parking regu-
lations or ordinances or other ordinances of said city.
(o) No person shall park or occupy any trailer on the premises of any occupied
dwelling or on any lot which is a part of the premises of an occupied dwelling or on
any vacant lot or tract in the City of Salina, any of which are located outside of
a duly authorized trailer camp except„ the park ng of only one trailer in any accessory
private garage building in any district outside of the fire limits of the City of
Salina, is permitted provided such trailer is not used for living quarters, provided,
however# that the owner and occupant of any house in the City of Salinas having
approved sewer and water connections, may park a trailer owned by him# on his own
premises adjacent to and in the rear yard of such house, for occupancy by himself
and the members of his immediate fancily but for no other persons,
Section b. License for Trailer Cams or Tourist Campos Anlication therefor
and Issuance thereofs (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, operate
or maintain, or permit to be established; operated or maintained upon any property
owned or controlled by him# a trailer oamp or tourist camp or combination of the two
within the limits of the City of Salina, without having first secured a license there-
for and for each of them from the City Glerk, after approved of the same by the Board
of investigators# in compliance with the terms of this ordinance. Such license shall
expire on December 31st following the date of issuance but may be renewed under the
provisions of this ordinance for additional periods of one year..
(b) The application for such license or the renewal thereof shall. be filed w14
the City Clerk and shall be accompanied by a fee of $2,00 for each unit in any existing
or proposed trailer camp, and $10*00 for existing or proposed tourist camp; The applica-
tion for such license or renewal thereof shall be made on forms furnished by the City
Clerk and shall include the na:%e and address of the owner in fee of the tract, (and if
the fee is vested in some person other than the applicant, a duly verified statement
by that person that the applicant is authorized by him to construct or maintain the
trailer or tourist owap, and to make the application,) and ouch a legal, description of the
