ORDINANCE NO, 5004
AN ORDINANCE limiting the time of Parking of vehicles on Eighth Street between
Iron Avenue and Ash Street.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas«
Section 1. No person shall paric or leave or cause or permit to be parked
or left any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any one place
between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock P. M., on any day of
the week except Sunday on that portion of Eighth Street in the City of Salina,
described as follows, to -wit:
On each side of Eighth Street from Iron Avenue, north to a point
150 feet south of the south line of Ash Street.
Section 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine of not more than $10.00 for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its
publication in the official city paper.
