AN URDIidANCE creating the addit _onal office of Deputdr City Clerk.
DE IT ORDAIra-E;D 1-.— the Board of Corrunissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That in addition to the offices now created and existing
there is hereby ore=,ted the: acwiticral office of Depl..ty City Clerk who shall
be ex -officio Depute Director of Finance and who shall perform such duties
in the office of the City Clerk as may be uirected 'y the CityClerk or by
the City Lana-er, and also such duties as are or may be required by l.aw or
by ordinance to be performed by the City Clerk and Director of rinance Knd
in the absence of the City Clerk and Director of Finance such Deputy City
Clerk and ex -officio Deputy Director of Finance shall have a.11 the authority
and perform a31 the duties provided for by law or by ordinance and in con-

ORDI dANCE No. 4966
AN ORDINANCE creating the additional office of Deputy City Clerk.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That in addition to the officeAnow created and existinc,
there is hereby creat4d the additional office of Deputy City Clerk who
shall be ex -officio Deputy Director of Finance and ivho shall perform such
di.ities in the office of the City Cleric as may be directed by the City Clerk
or by the City Lanager, and also such duties as are or may be required by
law or by ordinance to be performed by the City Clerk and Director of Finance
and in the absence of the City Clerk and Director of Finance such Deputy
City Clerk and ex -officio Deputy +,' Director of Finance shall have all the
provided for
