ORDINIANCE NO. 4958 /
(Published in the Salina Journal /(n 1939)
AN ORDINANCE referring to and correcting a clerical error
in Ordinance No. 4944.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That a clerical error appearing in Sub-
division 5 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4944, passed
September 18th, 1939 and published in The Salina Journal
on October 3rd, 1939 be and the same is hereby corrected
and amended to conform with the intention of the Board
of Cortinissioners and with the facts, so that the word
"Southeast" which follows the words "One Hundred Fifty -
Two and one-tenth (152.1) Feet east of the" in said sub-
division 5 of Section 1 of said Ordinance be amended and
corrected to read "Southwest".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its publication in the official
city paper.
