AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3188 by adding certain territory
to the "C" Commercial District as defined in Section 5 of said
ordinance.
WHEREAS, the proposed changes in the zoning ordinance has been sub-
mitted by the Board of Commissioners to the City Planning Commission
and has been referred back to the Board of Commissioners with the
recommendations of said Commission and due notice has been given
thereof as required by law, NO TH"IREFORE
BE IT ORDAI"vED bir the Board of Comrzissioners of the City of Salina,
nansas:
Section 1. That the following described lands within the
City of Salina shall be and the sane are hereby included in,
added to, and made a part of the "C" Comnercial District as
defined in Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance
as amended and that said lands may be used for the purpose
designated in Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3188, to -wit:
Lots 77 and 78 on Ash Street in the Original Town of
Salina.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
