Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 3821 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take affect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1.
That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 3821
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
