City -County Building.

comprising a quorum of the Board, also present:
Jason A. Gage, City Manager
Greg Bengtson, City Attorney
Absent: None
ADMINISTRATION
(8.1) Request for executive session (personnel).
06-7338 Moved by Commissioner Divine, seconded by Commissioner Jilka, to recess into executive
session for 3 % hours in order to discuss a personnel matter involving non -elected city personnel for the
reason that public discussion of the matter would violate the privacy rights of the non -elected city
personnel involved and reconvene at 4:30 p.m. Aye: (5). Nay: (0). Motion carried.
The City Commission recessed into executive session at 1:00 p.m. and reconvened at 4:30
p.m. No action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
06-7339 Moved by Commissioner Vanier, seconded by Commissioner Perney, that the Regular
Meeting of the Board of Commissioners be adjourned. Aye: (5). Nay: (0). Motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.

We, the undersigned, being duly elected, qualified and acting City Commissioners of the
w City of Salina, Kansas, and constituting a majority of the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas, do hereby waive notice and consent to the holding of a special meeting of the Board
of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, on the 24'" of October, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in Room
105 at the City -County Building for:
1. Executive session (City Manager's evaluation)
