BE IT ORDl.IITED by the Board of Co-r--issloners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance ITo. 2575 of the City of

Salina being Section 2-101 Revised Ordinances 1925, be and the same

is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 1. That the fund known as the S,,,lina ITunicipal Band
Fund levied, assessed and collected in the manner provided by law

shall be administered under the supervision of a Board of three
!
Trustees to be known as the "Trustees of the Municipal Band Fund"
which will be appointed by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, and it shall be the duty of said Trustees to make such
recommendations as they deem proper in respect to any contract be-
tween the City of Salina and the Salina Municipal Band with respect

the services of said band and to perform such other duties as
may be required of them by ordinance."

Section 2. That original Section 1 of Ordinance Ido. 2875 be
and the same is hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect frori and after its

AN ORDIYANCE amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2875 relating
to the Trustees of the Municipal Band Fund and repen.ling
said original section.
BE IT ORDAIJT ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2875 of the
City of Sal-1_na being Section 2-101 Revised Ordinances 1925,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows;

of the Municipal Band Fund" which will be appointed by the
