BE IT ORDAINEED by the Board of Comrnissioners of the City of Sal _.na,

SECTTOT; 1. That the sum of w438.05 be and the same is hereby
appropriated and transferred from the Vlaterworks Department Fund in
the City Treasury to W.P.A. Project Number 6640 Account in the City
I
Treasury an addit=onal amount necessary for the estimated cost of
constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewers ITumbered 17, 158, 175, 176,
177 and 178 in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City IlanaUer upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passaJe.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund in the City Treasury to
the VV. P. A. Project Number 6640 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $438.O5''be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund in the City Treasury to W- P. A. Project Number 6640 Account
in the City Treasury an additional amount necessary for the
estimated cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewers Numbered
17, 158, 175, 176, 177 and 178 in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
